These services are sold by Privy Forge (“we”, “us”). By subscribing to any of our products, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. There is no free trial, because a free sample of the product is provided before you buy. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period; there is no cancellation fee.

Money-back guarantee

Every plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from your first payment. If the product isn’t useful to you in that window, contact us and we will refund your first payment in full.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to resell, scrape, or redistribute the data we deliver without our permission.

No legal advice

Nothing we deliver is legal advice. Where a product makes observations about compliance-adjacent topics, those observations are informational only and you remain responsible for your own legal decisions.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Privy Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
