Who we are

This service is operated by Privy Forge (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect the information you give us directly — your email address, billing details, and the configuration you provide (such as a metro, trade, place ID, or website URL) so we can deliver the service you signed up for. Billing is handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details ourselves.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the product you ordered, to send you the weekly emails that make up the service, and to respond when you contact us. We do not sell your information, and we do not use people-search or enrichment services to add to what you gave us.

Email and opt-out

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Following it stops all further email from us permanently. Cold outreach emails also include a postal address, per CAN-SPAM.

Data retention

We keep account and delivery data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and legal records. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
